Information we handle

This website has no contact form. If you email us, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include, such as your name, company, message or attachments.

Our website host, OpenAI, may process technical information generated when the site is used, such as log, usage and device information, to host, maintain and support the site. Adalta does not use analytics, marketing tools or cookies on this website. Fonts are served from this website.

How and why we use it

We use enquiry details to respond, discuss possible work and manage our business communications. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in handling relevant business enquiries. If you ask us to take steps before entering a contract, we may process the information for those steps.

We do not use enquiry information for automated decisions or profiling.

Who may process it

Email enquiries are handled by Adalta Limited and may be accessed by Robert Reza Riezouw. GoDaddy provides the email service for info@adalta.com.

OpenAI hosts and operates this website and may process technical information as our service provider under the ChatGPT Sites Data Processing Addendum. OpenAI may use authorised sub-processors to provide the service.

GoDaddy may process information internationally. Its European Supplemental Privacy Notice describes the transfer safeguards it uses. OpenAI’s Sites addendum describes safeguards for applicable international transfers. We do not state a specific hosting country here because it depends on the terms and configuration that apply to the Site.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for 90 days after the last communication. If an enquiry leads to client work, we may retain relevant records for as long as needed to manage that relationship or meet legal obligations. Technical information processed by the site host is handled under the applicable Sites terms and addendum.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may have the right to ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy of it. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it. To make a request, contact info@adalta.com.

You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or, if you are in the EU, to your local data protection supervisory authority.

We will update this notice if our data practices change.
